Sales and Shipping Policies

SALES:

All Items purchased through this website are considered final. Duplicated orders can canceled via email - dalton@frizzellustrations.com, please provide your order number.

COMBINING ORDERS:

If you have ordered multiple prints, we will do our best to combine the order into one parcel, no guarantees.

OVERSOLD ITEMS:

In the event your order is oversold in error, you will be promptly refunded. Please provide your order number.

CANCELING ORDERS: 

Typically, all sales are final. Please contact us within 24 hours of making your order and we will work with you if we can. Please note: if your order is already in fulfillment or has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel.

DAMAGED ORDERS/ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at dalton@frizzellustrations.com, we can issue a refund or a reprint (case dependent).

REPLACEMENT POLICY:

We are unable to accommodate replacements within one month of the order if the item you ordered is out of stock.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

For orders the United States, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling charges will apply. Unsuccessful order deliveries will be returned to the sender, and we will not refund shipping charges in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to re-ship the package. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For orders outside North America, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling charges will apply. Unsuccessful order deliveries will be returned to the sender, and we will not refund shipping charges in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to re-ship the package.

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and/or taxes for International shipments.
